Album artwork for 'Riceboy Sleeps' by Jonsi & Alex. This is a collaborative work by Jón þór Birgisson (Sigur Rós) & Alex Somers. I worked closely with Alex on this project- for their new instrumental album. Alex is a brilliant young artist, and we met several times to go through his artwork and to ensure I understood exactly how to lay it all out. There was also a fair amount of re-touching we had to do. The packaging was quite unusual too, as it has rounded corners. The following pictures show the finished CD & Vinyl formats.
